The examples in the book have, with a few exceptions, illustrated the more straight forward use of the codes where many default values of parameters were set. Here we concentrate on the more non-standard features of the programs that may not have been mentioned in the book. Also, for each program, the complete reference to a published long write-up of the program and its organization is included. Complete examples of calculations too complex to consider in this book, are included with the code.
